OKLAHOMA CITY – To reduce the unintentional spread of the COVID-19 virus, Tinker Federal Credit Union is cancelling the social portion of its 2020 Annual Meeting on April 4.
“The health of our community and employees is our main concern,” said President and CEO of Tinker Federal Credit Union, Michael Kloiber.
Instead of the longer annual meeting, a closed business meeting will be held at 3 p.m. on April 4, 2020. This meeting will be not be open to members. There will be no entertainment, prizes or food.
This year, there are two open positions on the Board of Directors. Because there is only one candidate for each open position, those candidates will be elected by acclimation at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.
Tinker Federal Credit Union is the largest credit union in Oklahoma, with $4.2 billion in assets and over 400,000 members.
