OKLAHOMA CITY – Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) celebrated the Grand Opening of its Oklahoma City, North Rockwell branch on Saturday, June 29, 2019.
The celebration took place at 13300 N. Rockwell Ave, one block south of Memorial Road, from 9 a.m. to noon. More than 1,000 visitors came to the event and enjoyed TFCU giveaways, prize drawings and activities like caricature artists and a bounce house. TFCU also provided brisket, hot dogs, chips, cookies, soda, water and ice cream.
“Members have been excited to have a branch in this area,” said Tasha Windisch, branch manager. “We enjoyed seeing long-time members and new faces today, and we want to thank everyone who came out to celebrate with us.”
The branch opened its doors on Thursday, May 16, and features four drive-thru teller lanes and a drive-up ATM. In addition, the branch offers lobby access for walk-in service, a children’s center with educational books and games, as well as a Personal Finance Café. The branch also offers safe deposit boxes for members.
Tinker Federal Credit Union is the largest credit union in Oklahoma, with over $4 billion in assets and 389,000 members.
