OKLAHOMA CITY – Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) has named Joseph Arthur vice president and regional director of branch operations. His new responsibilities include working directly with branch managers, the Member Service Center and the Specialized Accounts and Retail Member Services departments. He will provide oversight and direction to 32 TFCU branches to maintain uniformity, consistency and regulatory compliance in branch operation practices throughout the credit union.
Additionally, Arthur will assist the senior vice president of operations in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that conform to all regulatory requirements of the operations process.
Arthur began his career with TFCU in 2002 and has held various frontline and branch operations positions. In 2007, he was promoted to senior member services supervisor. Before being named vice president and regional director of branch operations, Arthur served as vice president and manager of TFCU’s OKC, Northeast branch for twelve years.
“Joseph brings good leadership and management skills, a strong work ethic and a positive attitude,” said TFCU President/CEO Michael D. Kloiber. “He will continue to be a great asset to TFCU, our membership and our branch operations team.”
“I am excited for the opportunity to contribute a meaningful impact toward the growth and future development of TFCU operations,” Arthur said.
TFCU is the largest credit union in Oklahoma, with $4.4 billion in assets and over 408,000 members.
