OKLAHOMA CITY – Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) has named Cindy Flanigan senior vice president of human resources.
Flanigan is responsible for overseeing company recruitment, interview, selection and hiring processes. Additionally, she manages, directs and strategically plans for the human resources and professional development departments and facilitates and monitors the implementation of human resource processes and procedures that include ADA, FMLA, EEO practices and more.
Flanigan brings 19 years of experience in human resources and more than three decades of financial institution experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and is a Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), along with a Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP).
“Cindy brings many years of human resource and financial institution experience and expertise to the credit union,” said TFCU CEO Michael D. Kloiber. “She will be a great asset to the TFCU team.”
